Migration was completed successfully and all services are back to normal.

The high network packet loss is confirmed causing timeouts on the push server REST API. We are currently migrating the Account Management servers to other availability zones to mitigate the issue.

We are currently experiencing high network latency leading to errors on the Realtime Messaging application key edition, namely updating the APNS Mobile Push Notifications certificate and private key. We are investigating.
